  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    No, all applicant (s) must and go through the application process, and provided a security deposit in other to hold unit before it can be taking off market.
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    Security deposit are not use as a last month's rent. It is treated separately from tenant last months rent. Last month rent must be paid regardless of the security deposit.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    Applicant must be of legal age of 18 years old to apply.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    All deposit are refundable but subject to liquidated damages damages and repairs.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Cosigner are only required base on the application scenario and they are evaluation applicant situation and circumstances.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

  • How do I pay rent?

    After your application has been processed and approved. All future tenant (s) will be issued a login credentials to the tenant login portal where you can make your monthly rental payments.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Pets are allow base on individual listings/properties. Not all properties allow for pets.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    All tenant (s) must abide by the terms of leasing agreement this applies to roommates as well. Roommates can move out as long as it does not breach the terms of their agreement.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    All tenant (s) must give a move out notices 30 to 60 days prior to the end of their lease expiration term.
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    The repairs and maintenance are handle by the property management company.
